WRITER BIO: I am a Bronx-Bred Latino. I’ve been a baseball player (scouted by the Mets), a Wall Street drone, and now a 6th-grade math teacher - no wonder why I write, right? My stories focus heavily on the Bronx, single-parent families and sibling rivalry. Don't be surprised to find characters who use bats and baseballs to fight monsters, time-traveling squirrels, and kids who just want to be loved.
